However nowadays, the percentage of human health has decrease due to certain situations as work load, stress and environmental issue. From the mention cause above, environment contribute the most for decreasing of human health nowadays. Too many cars on the road that cause traffic jam everywhere. And the carbon monoxide has been release which will take to your lungs when you breathe can cause serious health problem like lung cancer and bronchitis. </p>

<p>Not just the carbon monoxide release from vehicles, there are more and more factories and industrial areas occupying the land. Hence will leads to more and more toxic release to the air and cause health problem. This has been shown that human lives average until 60 years old which compare to long time or perhaps 100 years ago human still can live until more than 100 years old.</p>
<p>However, due to the globalization change rapidly, you still can make a difference by concern of your own health. After all if you do not take care of your own health, who will? There is no doubt that even money cannot guarantee your health back once you got sickness or disease. Here are five things that you need to concern about to live life healthy.</p>
<p><strong>1. Exercise</strong><br />
Due to time constrain and workloads or assignments, I believe many people lack of exercise nowadays. It has become a new trend of human mindset to insisting that they do not have time to do regular exercise. Hence it actually does not take so much time for you or anyone that are in tight schedule to have at least three times exercise per week with 20 minutes each time. </p>
<p>Exercise can be in many forms. Outdoor activities like swimming, jogging, playing badminton, soccer and aerobic, those all are exercise that anyone can do to increase blood circulation and exercise your heart.  For those who don’t like to do outdoor activities always can do proper workout at home.  Nowadays there are a lot of fitness centre which offer indoor activities like yoga and cardio dance. It needs only a total of one hour per week to gets you healthy. </p>
<p><strong>2. Dietary</strong><br />
Food technology has given us a lot of convenience nowadays. Without knowing that it could bring some health problems due to excessive or some chemical and flavor that added in our food.  </p>
<p>Hence the Ministry of Health always lounge campaign and advertisement to educate our youngsters especially nowadays on how to have a proper diet. Less calories and carbohydrate intake and consume more of the fiber, vitamin and protein intake in your daily meals can give you a healthy living. </p>
<p><strong>3. SPA</strong><br />
After stress whole day studying and doing work assignment, it is time to give your body a good relax. SPA nowadays has become very popular visit where you can have Jacuzzi, bathing and body scrub. These all can help you to relax physically and mentally to achieve a healthy life.</p>
<p><strong>4. Meditation</strong><br />
It may sound odd but it is proven that medication helps a lot in living a healthy life. Especially for those who often feel depress from study and workloads. If you can spend 20 minutes for medication each morning before you go to class or work, you just give yourself a peaceful and harmony life style.</p>
<p><strong>5. Social</strong><br />
The older often says, your playmates show your personality almost all the time. Hard to agree but it is always true. If you mix with a group of people who are very pessimistic and always taking cons in their life, soon you will reflect as them. But if you always gather with positive thinker and soon you will be positive individual too. So you cannot deny how much the social can influence you to have a healthy mind and life.</p>
<p>After reading all the above, are you ready to live your life healthy? It is not difficult to participate all the above. Is the matter of you to choose to be healthy or instead. Live life healthy and you will live life the fullest. </p>

<p>What make more interesting about orange is the nutrition contain in each slice that you take. Orange contain high ascorbic acid or Vitamin C which very helpful in digestive system. Other than that it also a good source of Folate, Potassium, Thiamin and Dietary Fiber. This fruit contain very low saturated fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. </p>
<p>It is moderate to consume one orange per day to provide you all the nutrition contains. Especially those who have digestive system problem it is good to take orange as your daily supplement. Vitamin C is a water-soluble antioxidant that has been proven to protect our body from free radicals, dramatically improving the health of individuals who consumed it regularly against all kinds of disease, from cardiovascular problems to cancer and obesity. As well as Vitamin E which also act as antioxidant which is fat soluble and thus is complimentary to Vitamin C. Hence kiwi does contain highly with both Vitamin C and E which can help to protect our body against free radical.</p>
<p>As a high fiber fruit, kiwi also can help to control blood sugar level and prevent potential of having colon cancer. It is good for diabetic patient to consume kiwi fruit. It is also good for heart disease patient as it can help to lowering the probability of heart attack.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nowadays obesity is no longer a common issue. Just look at the food we have nowadays. Most people prefer to eat outside rather than just cook for themselves at home. The reason is because it is fast, convenient due to time constrain. </p>
<p>Consuming fast food has become a trend in our country especially our youth nowadays. Hence we can see the impact that obesity has been increase from year to year. It is as simple as like this. During my mum and dad school time, it is hard to see any of their classmates having obesity problem. If there is any, perhaps due to genetic.</p>
<p>And when I was in my secondary school, the population of obesity has been increase. As our age increase, the percentage to gain weight is higher if balance and proper diet is not being practice. </p>
<p>What you need to have daily for your balance diet? It does not mean you cannot take fried chicken or cheese burger since it’s containing high cholesterol. It is the matter of the amount that you consume. You take more mean you are contributing your body to obesity. The easiest way to measure your food intake by nutrient is follow the food pyramid. </p>

Most of fruit contain high nutrient that our body needs. And some fruit like orange and lime contain citric acid to help you cleanse your body in the inside. </p>
<p>Don’t forget the last thing is take at least 2L of plain water. More than 70% of our body weight is liquid. We sweat, we pass urine to remove dirt and toxic from our body. These liquid have to be replace to maintain the volume of liquid in our body. </p>
<p>It just needs a little discipline from you to start your balance diet. If you don’t take care of your health, who will? Those are just a general and simple thing for you to choose and decide your food intake. And for sure, you do not need to take a calculator to calculate the amount of calories or carbohydrate you take daily to practice the balance diet. Try it and live life healthy.</p>

<p>2. Helps creative imagination. There is no way you can be creative when you are living and squeeze in stress. By taking 15minutes a day, you can improve your brain to be more creative. This is because meditation could help your mind to focus and rest peacefully.</p>
<p>3. Refreshing. Meditation can help you to refresh in either physically or mentally. Normal people will feel tired and lacking of rest when they are stress.</p>
<p>4. Live happier and proactive. You will realize that you will get more energize when you practice to have meditation of 15 minutes per day. </p>
<p>5. Peace. You will worth it if you practice meditation of 15minutes per day. Many research found that people who practices meditation leave more harmonious life than people who do not do meditation as a daily practice.</p>
<p>So why doubt? Try to adjust anytime, morning, noon and night for a 15 minutes meditation everyday. It won’t take your entire day to make you feel the calmness and heal your stress. Work it out and you experience it.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>How many of us nowadays sleep at standard 8 hour per day? Life is so busy and every day we have to face traffic jam on the road or human traffic on every station. Is just like everyone are very rush to reach their destination especially weekdays. College or university students rush for morning or early class, whereas working adult rushing to the work place.</p>
<p>I did a simple research on 10 students and 10 working adults for this article. Average sleep is 6 hours for students and adult. I found that most people start lacking sleep since starting their life in campus. This is base on another research that I made with 10 primary and pre-school kids, 10 secondary students and 10 tertiary students. Lacking of sleeping start mostly when people starting their life in campus until when they have their permanent career in life.</p>

<p>During time keep on passing by, maybe many of us do not realize how important is sleep in term to generate and relaxing our brains. Everyone needs to sleep to refresh their brains. Hence the standard hour sleep is 8 hour for individual to have a proper resting and re-energize their brains.</p>
<p>Students, it is time for you to re-analyze. You do not have to sacrifice your sleeping hour due to rushing on your assignments but you need to have sufficient and quality sleeping time. This is not only to help you to maintain the quality of your health but it helps your brains to be freshening-up every day. What I want to say here is “Study Smart.” Same as working adult which best say is “Keep on working makes Jack a dull boy.” Work smart rather than work hard to treasure the quality of life.</p>

<p><strong>1. Mind your own business</strong><br />
Many people do not have peaceful mind is because of this number one reason. Why mind other people business so much until it distracts your peace? You may deny it but the truth is ‘We are mind too much on others’ business’. Now it is the time for you to stop looking and curious or even concern about other people problems. Also stop telling others ‘you shall do this’ and ‘you should not do this way’. Look at your own situation and looking for your own solutions to improve yourself. This is because you can change yourself better and easier than you to change others.</p>
<p><strong>2. Forgive &#038; forget</strong><br />
Still holding the pass grudge? It is time for you to let it go by just forgive and forget. Some people perhaps your very best friends have insulted you once a time. And it is very hard for you to forgive him/her even just forget what they have done to you. Hence you will not realize it that you are not into peaceful mind for holding the negative feelings and thinking towards that fellow.<br />
**Do you know that this kind of situation may lead you to health problems such as blood pressure, stomach ulcer and lacking of sleep/restless? It might come light in the beginning but not when you let it is continuously.</p>
<p><strong>3. Do not crave for recognition</strong><br />
When you really doing well and helping your team to enrich, why shall you crave for recognition if they don’t entitle you for it? Good job is to be applause and never be forgotten. Many people put in mind when the person doing good but leave them when they doing mistake in the next time. Instead of extend hand and give them support.</p>

You will never have a piece of peaceful mind if you always too envy or more than that, jealous with others’ achievement. There is only one thing you can do by work positively to get the good achievements. Jealous on other people will never help you solve any problem.</p>
<p><strong>5. Adapt into the environment</strong><br />
Sound familiar? Stop nag, murmur or trying hard to change the environment. You will never get it as you wish. The best way is you change yourself and adapt to the new environment surrounding you. Sure, you will worth that peaceful in your mind.</p>
<p><strong>6. Endure what cannot be cured</strong><br />
You already know that you cannot safe the lifeless cat. Why you still not giving up since you know that the cat will not back to life? Sometimes it is hard but better to let go the things that you cannot find the cure. Hold it and leaving it in you will never let you have true peace. </p>
<p><strong>7. Do not promise thing more than your ability can do</strong><br />
Do not promise others that you can be 10miles away in 5 minutes when you or anyone realizes that it is not possible for you to make it. It will only take you to stress and letting your heart pumping twice faster than normal. Just do according to your ability. Do not give promise when you are doubt you cannot make it.</p>
<p><strong>8. Do meditation </strong><br />
Actually if you can do meditation 15-20minutes a day, it is more than sufficient for you to have a peaceful mind. Relax and allow your mind to rest. Try and experience it. You will found the truth.</p>
<p><strong>9. Never leave your mind empty</strong><br />
We often hear that devil like to interfere when one’s mind are empty. Fill it up with your healthy activities. Do not let it empty because you worth the peaceful mind.</p>
<p><strong>10. Never regret</strong><br />
Why regret with whatever you have done or pass? There is no one you and me can turn back the time. So why not just turn over a new leaf and stop weeping over spilt milk. Treat what you did mistake in the pass as your experience and guidance in your next task. Live in peace so that you can live life the fullest</p>
