Exercise can be in many forms. Outdoor activities like swimming, jogging, playing badminton, soccer and aerobic, those all are exercise that anyone can do to increase blood circulation and exercise your heart. After stress whole day studying and doing work assignment, it is time to give your body a good relax. SPA nowadays has become very popular visit where you can have Jacuzzi, bathing and body scrub. These all can help you to relax physically and mentally to achieve a healthy life.
4. Meditation
It may sound odd but it is proven that medication helps a lot in living a healthy life. Especially for those who often feel depress from study and workloads. If you can spend 20 minutes for medication each morning before you go to class or work, you just give yourself a peaceful and harmony life style.
5. Social
The older often says, your playmates show your personality almost all the time. Hard to agree but it is always true. If you mix with a group of people who are very pessimistic and always taking cons in their life, soon you will reflect as them. But if you always gather with positive thinker and soon you will be positive individual too. So you cannot deny how much the social can influence you to have a healthy mind and life.
