How many of us nowadays sleep at standard 8 hour per day? Life is so busy and every day we have to face traffic jam on the road or human traffic on every station. Is just like everyone are very rush to reach their destination especially weekdays. College or university students rush for morning or early class, whereas working adult rushing to the work place.
I did a simple research on 10 students and 10 working adults for this article. Average sleep is 6 hours for students and adult. I found that most people start lacking sleep since starting their life in campus. This is base on another research that I made with 10 primary and pre-school kids, 10 secondary students and 10 tertiary students. Lacking of sleeping start mostly when people starting their life in campus until when they have their permanent career in life.

During time keep on passing by, maybe many of us do not realize how important is sleep in term to generate and relaxing our brains. Everyone needs to sleep to refresh their brains. Hence the standard hour sleep is 8 hour for individual to have a proper resting and re-energize their brains.
Students, it is time for you to re-analyze. You do not have to sacrifice your sleeping hour due to rushing on your assignments but you need to have sufficient and quality sleeping time. This is not only to help you to maintain the quality of your health but it helps your brains to be freshening-up every day. What I want to say here is “Study Smart.” Same as working adult which best say is “Keep on working makes Jack a dull boy.” Work smart rather than work hard to treasure the quality of life.
